The Stuart & Mimi Rose Music Center at the Heights, approved for construction in 2013, is a fully covered outdoor amphitheatre and is the anchor to start construction on the new 750,000 square feet of mixed-use space known as The Heights, the first of its kind in the Northern Dayton Region. With a Grand Opening set for May 2015, the new Music Center features Hussey Seating Company Fusion Chairs in black (net 3805) and Clarin by Hussey portable seating in a standard black finish (520) for a total seat count of 4325 with 14 wheelchair locations and 22 ADA Accessible Seating options. (7) Portable seating hanging carts were also provided.
