Project Overview
St. Joan of Arc Catholic School looked to upgrade its gymnasium facility, wanting to improve the quality and aesthetic of the gym wall padding, basketball hoops and bleacher seating. A flooring company, Foster Floors, referred Farnham Equipment Company (FEC) to the school, at which point they connected with David DeCan, FEC’s Service Solutions Consultant.
Upon a site visit, it was agreed upon that FEC would focus on upgrading the basketball backstops at the facility. FEC turned around pricing quickly and was able to upgrade the facilities to the delight of the school. Below are some quotes from the school on working with FEC for the first time:

Key Project Features
1. Athletic Equipment: Gared Performance Sports Systems
The project features new athletic equipment upgrades through Gared Performance Sports Systems, namely with the basketball backstops. The scope of work FEC performed included:
- Add powered adjust-a-goal systems to (6) basketball backstops
- Relocated the main court glass backboards and goals to the side court
- Provided and installed (4) new 42” x 60” glass backboards with new goals to the main court
- Installed (6) new seats of red board pads for backboards
- Installed (2) hoists to power the operation of the side court hoops
- Provided (2) handheld remotes to operate the gym equipment
