Project Overview
Back in 1998, New Bremen Local Schools worked with Freytag & Associates, Inc. to deliver new auditorium to the district’s high school. At the time, this project was completed by Farnham Equipment Company (FEC), or The Farnham Company as it was known back then.
Fast forward to 2024 and the school reached back out to FEC, who handled the original seating installation. They were in need of replacement of their seating. In addition to replacing the current fixed seating, the school looked at options for more flexible and portable seating options that FEC could offer. Working directly with FEC, the school purchased additional seating through Hussey Seating Company and utilized Sourcewell Cooperative Purchasing to procure new seating ahead of the spring 2025 season.
This project was a great highlight for FEC, having proven to provide high-quality seating in 1998, only to do so once more twenty seven years later. Coupled with the ability to utilize Sourcewell, New Bremen Schools got the exact seat they wished for in a timely fashion from a source they trusted in. 1. Fixed and Portable Seating: Hussey Seating Company
The project at New Bremen Local Schools includes new fixed and portable seating, courtesy of Hussey Seating Company. Among the features of this new product include:
- (494) Quattro Traditional chairs with Ridgecrest fabric in a “Mink” color
- 33” seat backs and a plastic soft square back
- Wood armrests
- Seat numbers and row letters
- An additional (24) Quattro Stacking portable seats
