When it comes to sports, the school district of Marysville invests well. For the past 20 years, Marysville City Schools has relied on Farnham Equipment Company (FEC) for bleacher service. Throughout that time frame, the existing bleachers in the High School gym displayed more and more signs of needing replacement and the school insisted on FEC’s Service Dept. Team to continue to assist with repairs and maintenance. This past year, the bleachers reached a point where replacement was the only viable option. Thanks to our expert service of their facilities for the past two decades, FEC was the first option when it came to finding a solution for replacement bleachers. This time Marysville didn’t hold back when it came to investing in something that would separate their gymnasium from the rest of the competition.

The old existing bleachers were removed and two banks of Hussey Seating Maxam bleachers were installed in the gymnasium. The first bank included 16 rows of seating, with a seating capacity of 803 spectators. Options include a 4’ x 8’ “Media Platform” at the top row and a custom “Xtreme Logo” that says “Monarch Country” (with the Marysville Lion in the center). The aisles were provided with auto-rotating aisle rails, intermediate “sure steps” for the first row, and custom “step signs” that appear on the aisle steps stating “Inspire, Innovate, & Collaborate”.

The second bank of bleachers includes 18 rows of seating with a max capacity of 890 seats. This bank includes similar options but with different custom “Xtreme Logos”.

The faculty at Marysville City Schools were thrilled with their new gymnasium renovation. Once the decision was made to update their High School gym, FEC was selected to revitalize and modernize the gymnasium with replacement seating and completed the project with custom options on time to meet the needs of the school district. Marysville invests in its facilities, and this project is sure to pay dividends.
