End Customer: Kenton High School
Location: Kenton, OH
Date: Fall 2023

Project Overview

The staff at Kenton City Schools knew it needed to replace its existing seating at its high school facility, which had been installed in 1963. The bleachers were beyond the point of needing to be replaced, had failed several points on recent inspections, and posed safety and code compliance hazards for students. Farnham Equipment Company (FEC) had an established relationship with them, providing years of service and maintenance, so it was a natural fit when the school approached FEC for new seating ahead of the winter of 2023. FEC was able to provide all new bleachers from Hussey Seating Company, including the demolition and removal of the existing bleachers. The school greatly appreciated the tune-up to their gymnasium, which required some considerations for installing the bleachers around columns in the gymnasium.
