The Dayton Early College Academy (DECA) developed plans to add new science labs to their school. In collaboration with Bilbrey Construction, DECA moved forward with these plans with the goal of completion prior to the beginning of the 2022 semester. Farnham Equipment Company (FEC) delivered and installed the new science lab casework for this project.
FEC’s in-house installation team installed Institutional Casework Inc. (ICI/ Campbell Rhea) Science Lab Casework in late fall 2021. The Heritage Series wood casework selected in a Maple all-natural finish made for a clean and polished look for the new science labs. Two ICI Isolator Bench Fume Hoods were also installed in a slate gray finish. The epoxy resin countertops allow for maximum lifespan and will withstand the many chemicals used within a science classroom setting. The storage room that separates the two science classrooms includes multiple tall storage cabinets from ICI for all the facility’s equipment.
This project was a small, but powerful representation of the work of FEC’s skillful team. The new science labs showcase the high-quality casework from ICI Campbell Rhea, in part due to FEC’s outstanding installation crew. Our in-house team installs and delivers projects of all types and sizes within an accommodating timeframe for our customers.
