Clark-Shawnee Local Schools decided to improve its district with a new hybrid elementary and middle school building. The project included collaboration between SHP Leading Design and Peterson Construction for the design and project management aspects of the project. Later on, Farnham Equipment Company (FEC) received awards for multiple scopes of work on the project.
Throughout the hallways, classrooms, administration area, storage, and music rooms, FEC installed Advantage Laminate Casework by Stevens Industries. Additionally, the reception area in the office features a custom reception desk design to welcome students and visitors. The Architect opted for a professional look with the selection of an oiled legno finish for the casework and complementary lighter finished laminate countertops. The music casework allows for maximum storage, and there are custom millwork seating areas designed underneath the staircases.
In the gymnasium, FEC delivered and installed a 5-row MAXAM telescoping bleacher from Hussey Seating Company. The Courtside seats were selected in a classic Black finish. Integral power operation and auto-rotating aisle rails provide for an easy set-up for use. In addition, FEC provided athletic equipment for the gym. The basketball backstops, divider curtain, wall pads, and volleyball equipment were provided by Performance Sports Systems (PSS) and feature the latest in design and operation.
Once again, FEC was provided the opportunity to showcase its expertise and quality installation of multiple scopes of work for a terrific new school project. FEC is proud to offer exclusive quality products for the educational marketplace.
